To demonstrate the "joining (synthesis) performance" of our image stitching system, we intentionally captured images using a poor (highly variable) mechanical system. Each time, the three-dimensional map of the subject shakes significantly, but after capturing and synthesizing the images, the positions of the seams and the smoothness of the brightness at the seams are automatically corrected, making it appear as a single image. This high-quality composite image is obtained rapidly, allowing for real-time display during synthesis.
